3. Legal basis
Personal data is processed for the purpose of performing the contract.
Personal data is processed to be able to provide cleaning services to
customers. Personal data are processed to the extent transferred by
customers in the application during account creation and while using
the Peacock application. An essential prerequisite for using the
Peacock application is the processing of location and personal data of
customer cleaning sites.
Customer personal data may also be processed to investigate and detect
payment fraud on the basis of a legitimate interest.
Data processing necessary to ensure the security of personal data is
carried out in compliance with the requirements of the General
Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
4. Recipients to whom personal data are transmitted
Customer personal information is only transferred to cleaners who have
activated the Peacock application. In this case, the cleaner who
received the order will see the customer name, telephone number and the
address of the cleaning place together with a description of the order.
The customer’s assessment of the quality of the cleaning service
is anonymous and the cleaner does not know the name or telephone number
of the person who gave such an assessment.
5. Security and access to personal data
Personal information is stored by Zone Media OÜ and / or Amazon
Web Services, Inc. on servers located in the territory of a Member
State of the European Union, and employees have access to personal data
in order to resolve technical or customer support issues related to the
use of the service.
The location data of the cleaning site are processed in an anonymous
form and such data are personalized if the location data needs to be
linked to a person to resolve disputes or fraud.
Data are processed anonymously for research or statistical purposes.
Within the limits and in accordance with the procedure provided by law,
inquiries concerning personal data may be submitted by an institution
conducting a preliminary investigation in a criminal case or a court

Personal information is retained as long as the customer has an active
Peacock account. When the account is closed, personal data will be
deleted, unless such data should be kept for accounting, dispute issues
or fraud resolution purposes.
Payment records for cleaning services provided to customers are
retained for three years after the last cleaning.
The data required for the accounts are kept for seven years.
In case of suspicion of crime, fraud or false information, the data
will be kept for 10 years.
In the event of a payment dispute, the data will be kept until the
claim is met or the limitation period expires.
Cleaning history is retained for three years, after which cleaning
history shall be anonymized.
Uninstalling the Peacock application does not delete personal data.
If the application has not been used for three years, we will notify
you of the existence of a Peacock account and ask you to confirm your
wish to use the account. If your account is not verified, we will
delete your personal information, unless such information must be
retained for accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud investigation and

Deleting personal data is only possible through deleting the Peacock
user account. If you delete a user account, you will no longer be able
to use the Peacock application.

on the peacock.ee website or in the Peacock application.
Personalization of direct marketing messages is based on data related
to the consumption behaviour of cleaning services (frequency,
additional services ordered, costs).
If you do not wish to receive personalized direct marketing
communications, select the “refuse to receive direct marketing
messages” link in the e-mail footer or make a relevant note in
the Peacock application profile.
11. Resolution of disputes
Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved
through customer support (email@example.com) or by contacting a
Peacock data protection specialist (firstname.lastname@example.org).
